Agência FAPESP – The University of São Paulo’s Faculty of Medicine (FMUSP) in Brazil is receiving applications for the FMUSP Winter School until March 23.
The program consists of two weeks (July 19-28, 2016) with educational activities on different topics: Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Infectious Tropical Diseases, Physiotherapy, Preventive Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine.
Besides the educational program, there will also be visits to the FMUSP Health Care System (Hospital das Clínicas Complex) and social activities organized by Brazilian students.
The courses will be free of charge for the candidates selected. The Faculty of Medicine will provide accommodation in student housing (two students per room) and subsidized meals. Participants must pay for the flight to São Paulo.
Applicants must be medical students with a special interest in the courses and must have completed their training in biomedical basic sciences.
